We’ve just completed one of the largest projects in Eventim's history in Croatia.

The 33-year-old British superstar captured the hearts of over 65,000 fans at Zagreb's Hippodrome on August 10, 2024. Fans of all ages sang along to his hits such as Perfect, Shape of You, Thinking Out Loud, Bad Habits, Shivers, and many others. Before the concert, the crowd was warmed up by Croatian musician Dino Jelusić and British singer Calum Scott.

The much-anticipated event was announced in late October 2023, with tickets going on sale on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 10 a.m. The interest was overwhelming, and tickets sold quickly. To ensure a smooth experience and minimize ticket resales on the black market, we implemented a new ticket distribution system. Each customer received their ticket just a few days before the event. If they couldn’t attend, they had the option to resell their tickets through our official resale platform, FanSale.

The concert was organized by Barracuda Music, one of Austria’s leading event organizers, while Eventim managed entry and provided on-site assistance to visitors. Setting up the entire ticket-scanning network and coordinating our staff on the ground was a major challenge. Eventim engaged 145 people to check tickets and resolve any visitor issues on-site, 860 security staff ensured safety, and 240 bartenders kept attendees hydrated and well-fed.

The reactions following the concert were overwhelmingly positive. Fans were thrilled, and we were equally delighted as the entire project was executed without major issues.
